Managing PartnerTim draws on 30+ years of commercial real estate experience in both the United States and International markets. Mr. Head focus is on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. His major landlord experience includes 20 million square feet of class A office space in Germany, Colony Square, The Proscenium, Ashford Green, Northlake Office Park, Executive Park, Century Springs East and West, The Peachtree Lenox Building, 1955 Lakewood and Virginia Crossings.
Mr. Head’s relative experience also includes six years in Moscow, Russia and Tallinn Estonia where he represented both buildings and tenants for Perestroika Joint Venture, the former Soviet Union’s first commercial real estate joint venture and Jones Lang LaSalle’s landlord representation group.

Managing BrokerMichael began his commercial real estate advisory career in 2018 focusing on tenant representation for medical, office, and industrial users. His primary objective is to provide a clear road map for clients to achieve their individual, company, and investment goals. To accomplish this objective, he diligently listens to his clients needs, finds creative solutions to problem solving, and educates so they can make informed decisions. His personal goal is to create long lasting relationships with each of his clients.
Prior to entering into the commercial real estate field Mr. Palazzone was an investment analyst in the financial services industry and also served as a financial operations director for a local franchise. His financial services background helps bring a unique set of skills when analyzing real estate.
